Fareed is Riiffs stepping squarely into La Nuit de L'Homme territory and doing it well enough that the fragrance community is calling it the cleanest clone of the YSL classic currently on the market. Spicy cardamom and pepper open the composition, settling into a lavender geranium bergamot heart before finishing on a smooth base of tonka, cedarwood, and vetiver. What makes this Eau de Parfum worth a closer look isn't just the similarity to LNDH, it's that many reviewers say Fareed resembles the older, stronger YSL formulation more than the current one does.
